Services:
IT Consultation and Desktop Support for Computer Systems using Windows Operating Systems.
We Deliver Our Services:
  • On-site
  • via E-mail
  • Telephone
  • Remote Access / Control
For your needs with:
  • Computers (Performance, Hardware, Software, Windows, Upgrades, Workflow, Backup)
  • Peripherals (Printers, Scanners, USB Hard or Flash Drives)
  • Networks (Wired, Wireless)
  • Internet (Connectivity, Performance, E-mail)
  • Malware Removal
Fees: $100/hr
On-site - 1hr Minimum Charge
E-mail / Telephone / Remote Access - Billed in 15-minute increments

PC Evaluation - $45 (if you okay repair, will go toward billing)

Single PC Setup / Resetup $100 - $250
Physically setup one PC computer system component group
(computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers)
Includes:
* If upgrading, move data files from old PC to new PC
* Setup Network and/or internet connection
* Install Application & Security softwares
* Setup (1) E-mail account (you must provide your username & password)
* Install (1) Network or Local printer or printer/scanner to basic functionality
* Install Backup UPS
* Test and verify All
